The CCN-CERT (https://www.ccn-cert.cni.es/en/) is the Information Security Incident Response Capability of the National Cryptologic Center, CCN (https://www.ccn.cni.es/index.php/en/). This service was created in 2006 as the Spanish National Governmental CERT and its functions are set out in Law 11/2002 regulating the National Intelligence Centre, RD 421/2004 regulating the CCN and RD 3/2010, of January 8, regulating the National Security Framework (ENS), modified by RD 951/2015, of October 23.
In compliance with this regulation, the CCN-CERT ensures protection from cyber attacks on classified systems and systems belonging toPublic Administrationand to companies and organizations of strategic interest. Therefore, its mission is to strengthen the cybersecurity in Spain. The CCN-CERT is the national alert and response center, and helps to provide quick and effective solutions to cyber attacks and face cyber threats in a proactive manner.

Reference for the development of cybersecurity
The National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE) is a company under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain, through the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence, consolidated as a reference entity for the development of cybersecurity and digital trust for citizens, academic and research networks, professionals, companies and especially for strategic sectors. We also focus our efforts on the provision of public services for prevention, awareness, detection and response to cybersecurity incidents, adapting to each specific public (companies and citizens, with special emphasis on minors and their environment), as well as the development of technology and tools to identify, catalogue and analyse such incidents.

Joint Cyberspace Command (MCCE) Incident Response Team (IRT)
The Joint Cyberspace Command (MCCE) is the body responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, controlling and executing actions to ensure the Armed Forces' freedom of action in cyberspace. To fulfil its mission, it will plan, direct, coordinate, control and execute military operations in cyberspace, in accordance with the operational plans in force. Within the scope of these operations, it will carry out the necessary actions to guarantee the survival of the physical, logical and virtual elements critical to Defence and the Armed Forces. It will also provide CIS support to the EMAD structure and will be responsible for the encryption equipment and the assigned crypto keys.
