Joint Cyberspace Command (MCCE)
The Joint Cyberspace Command (MCCE) is the body responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, controlling and executing actions to ensure the SAF's freedom of action in cyberspace. In order to fulfill its mission, it will plan, direct, coordinate, control and execute military operations in cyberspace, in accordance with the operational plans in force. Within the scope of these operations, it will carry out the necessary actions to guarantee the survival of the physical, logical and virtual elements critical for the Defense and the Armed Forces. It will also provide CIS support to the EMAD structure and will be responsible for the encryption equipment and the assigned crypto keys.

RootedCON
Reference computer security conference in Spain that was born with the purpose of promoting the exchange of knowledge between members of the security community. It holds a conference once a year in Madrid, with very high-level speakers and exceptional sponsors from all market sectors.

DNI
The National Directorate of Intelligence (DNI) of the Dominican Republic is the state agency, mandated by law, responsible for coordinating and directing the National Intelligence System. Its mission is to conduct intelligence and counterintelligence activities for national and internal security, in order to prevent and counter any risk, aggression, or threat to the security and defense of the State, such as organized crime, terrorism, drug trafficking, cybercrime, and illegal migration, among others.
In exercising its powers, the DNI coordinates efforts with other public institutions for risk management, including those related to the digital environment. In the area of cybersecurity, its scope of action includes strategic coordination in response to incidents that impact critical infrastructure, government systems, and essential services, as well as issuing guidelines and receiving relevant information to strengthen the protection of the national cyberspace. This makes it a key player within the institutional framework for digital security and protection in the Dominican Republic.
