General registration


To attend the STIC Conference, either in person or online, please complete and submit the form below.

IMPORTANT: Registration for the conference is not automatic. Completing the registration form does NOT constitute acceptance. To attend, you must receive an email confirming your attendance.

The following order of priority will be maintained: public administration and university staff (professors and technical staff); essential service companies; sponsors (based on the number of tickets allocated to each sponsorship level); other companies; students.

If, due to your circumstances (hotel reservations, flights, etc.), you need prompt confirmation, please email eventos@ccn-cert.cni.es, explaining your reasons.

We will use the email address you provide on this form to notify you of the status of your registration. You will only be able to access the sessions if you have received an ACCEPTANCE email.

* If you have a personal email address (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton, etc.), please fill out the form and also send an email to eventos@ccn-cert.cni.es, clearly stating which organization you work for and explaining why you wish to attend the conference. The organizers will evaluate your circumstances and, depending on availability, will determine whether or not to include you.

If you are going to attend online and in order to ensure that you receive the access credentials, please provide us with a non-corporate email address. However, communications related to the status of your request will be sent to the corporate (main) email address

Indicate the days and method of attendance (IN PERSON OR ONLINE) that you wish to register for.

VERY IMPORTANT: The workshops are in-person. If you would like to attend any of them, you must register in person. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to register for these workshops.

This year, the live broadcast will be limited solely to proceedings in Room 25 (except on November 24, when there will be no broadcast either) and Room 6. The other rooms will NOT be broadcast. All presentations for which the speaker has provided authorization will be published on the CCN YouTube channel.

Data transfer

By checking the corresponding box, I authorize the transfer of my data (name, surname, organization, and email address) that I have provided for registration at the XX STIC Conference to the sponsoring companies and entities (https://jornadas.ccn-cert.cni.es/es/xxjornadas-patrocinio).

Your data will be added to the sponsoring companies' files for the purpose of sending you information and marketing communications. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, objection, and complaint, as provided by law, or revoke your consent, until one day after the closing of the Conference, November 28, 2026, by sending an email to: info@ccn-cert.cni.es. To exercise your rights, you must include a copy of your national identity document or equivalent with your request.

Once the Conference concludes on November 28, 2026, to exercise any of the rights described or to revoke your consent, you must contact each of the event's sponsoring companies and follow their respective privacy policies (see sponsors).

Privacy Policy and Image Rights

I authorize the use of my personal data in accordance with the CCN's privacy policy and agree to receive information regarding events, news, alerts, notices, satisfaction surveys and other uses for the purpose of improving the services offered. Likewise, by attending this event, the registered person gives permission to be photographed and recorded during it. The resulting photographs and videos may be used by the National Cryptologic Center for the future promotion of the National Cryptologic Center's training and networking events on its website, on social media and/or in printed promotional media to which the registered person consents in the terms established here. The registered person understands that this use of photographs and videos will be carried out without any type of remuneration and waives any right to approve the aforementioned use of photographs and videos now or in the future, without prejudice to their rights related to the protection of personal data.
