Gregory Simonds

Greg has worked at Communication Security Establishment (CSE) for 19 years and joined the Canadian Centre for Cyber security (CCCS) in 2018 when it was created as a part of CSE. In 2020, Greg became Director of Incident Management and Operational Coordination. Greg's team is responsible for the CCCS' response to cyber incidents affecting the Government of Canada and systems of importance to the Government of Canada. The team also coordinates efforts to defend planned events such as federal elections, and also coordinates response efforts to major vulnerabilities.
