Julio Toro is the Chief Information and Technology Officer at Copa Airlines, a leading Latin American provider of airline passenger and cargo services and a member of the Star Alliance network. In this role, Julio has led the digital transformation of Copa, including its successful adoption of NDC and the development of its award-winning app, which have contributed to Copa’s industry leading margins and on time performance.
